The Service

Pubwise provides free tools to help Amazon KDP publishers research niches, calculate royalties, and track book portfolios. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Accuracy of calculations

The royalty calculations and estimates provided by Pubwise are based on publicly available KDP pricing information and are updated to the best of our knowledge. However:

• Amazon KDP may change their royalty rates, print costs, or policies at any time without notice
• Results are estimates only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions
• Always verify figures directly with Amazon KDP before publishing

Pubwise accepts no liability for publishing decisions made based on calculations provided by the Service.

Your data

Data you enter into the Portfolio Tracker is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any data you wish to keep. We cannot recover data lost due to browser clearing or device changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity when using the Service

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code on Pubwise is owned by Pubwise. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pubwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
